• Customer support: handling national and international customer inquiries in the assigned area.
• Order processing: accepting, reviewing, initial recording of incoming orders and performing customs clearance procedures.
• Data maintenance: recording, updating and maintaining customer data in the internal TMS.

• Preferably experience in freight forwarding.
• Proficient with common MS‑Office applications.
• Excellent German and English, both orally and in writing.
• Self‑driven, responsible and structured in work.
• Adaptable and enthusiastic about a constantly evolving environment.
