Zu den Anforderungen gehören Führerschein B (+ BE-Anhänger in 12 Monaten), handwerkliches Geschick, körperliche Fitness, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und gute Deutschkenntnisse. Alter ca. 25–40 Jahre, Körpergrösse ca. 1,70 m.
