• Creation of SOPs, work instructions, templates and checklists
• Planning and support of internal and external audits
• Training of employees in quality-relevant topics
• Conducting compliance assessments & risk analyses
• Conducting lane risk assessments for land and air freight transports
• Participation in the qualification and monitoring of facilities and other external service providers
• Promotion of a quality and compliance culture within the company
• Participation in the further development of the quality strategy

• Initial professional experience in the quality area of warehouse logistics, as well as land and air freight transport
• Good understanding of logistics processes and procedures in temperature-controlled supply chains
• Knowledge of GDP / GXP transport requirements
• Experience with air freight security (BAZL)
• Strong quality and sense of responsibility
• Team spirit and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German and English skills
