Tax Accounting Intern - Summer

The position will help file sales tax returns, update fixed assets, work in the accounting system and draft tax responses to notices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and read data to provide insights
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Help resolve tax notices
• File simple tax returns
• Analyze fixed assets for tax in Accounting Software

Requirements:

• Pursuing degree in Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
• Skilled in the use of computer applications such as Excel
• Professional or academic experience in office environment
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team as well as independently

The expected pay rate for this position is between $15.00 and $20.00 per hour and is full-time.
