Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00

• Responsible for operational excellence with commercial enablement.
• Lead the Site General Manager role working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, and Operations to deliver a service advantage that earns a margin premium over competitors.
• Lead frontline manufacturing teams, manage customer escalations, drive performance metrics, and execute strategy.
• Own DIFOTIS performance and serve as the site’s escalation point for commercial execution and customer issues.
• Collaborate with internal distribution, jobbers, and the Direct Sales team to deliver fast, reliable, and responsive solutions.
• Drive commercial outcomes that deliver superior service, responsiveness, and total customer value.
