Overview

Primary Care Physician in Sycamore, Illinois

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities
  • Join our primary care team of physicians and advanced practice providers to serve a growing community in Sycamore, Illinois.
  • Outpatient only position.
  • Provide care as a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician.
  • Operate with minimal call within a regional support model.
  • Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation.

Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Physician licensed to practice medicine in the current state.
  • Licensed by the DEA and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
  • Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty; obtain and maintain medical staff membership and privileges.
  • Eligible to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
  • Meet qualifications to participate in OSF's professional liability programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrates knowledge and skills to provide patient care aligned with patient preferences, goals, and needs.
