Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Case Therapist I to uphold our patient-first mission. You will conduct screenings, provide individual, family and group counseling, and help patients move through the continuum of care while documenting in electronic records.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in social work, psychology or counseling;
Licensure (LPC or LSW) within 12 months of hire; and at least two years post-graduate experience, with substance use and mental health populations.
