What You’ll Do As a CPS, Inc. Recruiter

From day one, you’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment process. That includes:

  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Learning to understand client hiring needs and provide top-tier talent
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates
  • Developing your own book of business with guidance and support
  • Working collaboratively with a team that’s invested in your growth
Start Strong with Full Training & Mentorship

Our proven 16-week recruiter training program is designed to set you up for success. You'll receive:

  • Hands‑on training in sourcing, sales, and client management
  • Ongoing development and access to industry‑leading tools
  • Mentorship from experienced recruiters and leaders
Compensation & Growth
  • Base salary + commission
  • On‑target earnings (OTE): $50K–$90K+ in your first 12 months
