Registered Nurse position - Friday nights, 8 pm – 7 am. Up to $45 hourly. Full-time, part-time, PRN openings.

Sycamore, IL. Independence Plus, Inc. is expanding our specialized home nursing division and is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home, with ventilator skills training provided.

Our nurses become trained specialists in caring for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home, many with rare diagnoses, and will be supported by a dedicated team to help YOU succeed and YOUR patient thrive.

• Provide one-on-one in-home nursing care to medically complex adult and pediatric patients, including ventilator-dependent cases.
• Learn ventilator skills and receive ongoing support from a dedicated team to ensure patient and YOUR success.
• Nurses are PAID for Clinical and Ventilator Training upon completion of the first independent shift and scheduling of two additional shifts.

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses.
