Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Insulation Installer to join our crew. In this role, you will work directly alongside our lead installer in a small, dedicated two-person team. Your primary focus will be installing radiant barriers and blown-in fiberglass insulation in residential attics.

Key Responsibilities
Prep job sites by setting up drop cloths, protective sheeting, and necessary safety equipment.
Install radiant barriers and blow fiberglass insulation into attics, walls, and designated spaces according to manufacturer specs and safety standards.
Operates insulation blowing equipment, hoses, ladders, and hand/power tools safely and efficiently.
Perform quality checks after installations to ensure complete coverage, proper ventilation clearance, and clean job sites.
Assist with loading/unloading materials, tools, and equipment into the company truck daily.
Communicate professionally with property owners and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Prior insulation, roofing, drywall, or general construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with strong work ethics and mechanical aptitude.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in tight or confined spaces (such as attics and crawlspaces) under varying temperature conditions.
Reliability: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to work/job sites.
Detail-Oriented: Takes pride in clean, accurate, and thorough work.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude in a small-team environment.
