Job Overview
We are hiring an Experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance for our BPO business. You’ll play a key role in supporting strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a BPO or service-based industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards.

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
