Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with administrative tasks for the Food Safety Program
• Handle permit processing and documentation
• Respond to public inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare reports and official correspondence
• Manage scheduling of appointments and travel plans
Requirements:
• Grade XI education with additional business training
• Three years of administrative or secretarial experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Discretion in managing confidential information
