Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan

• Inspect body prep repairs for potential issues

• Fix paint imperfections through polishing

• Prepare and mask surfaces effectively

• Blend and apply paint for optimal color matching

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in refinishing

• Strong attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license and own tools

• Must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
