Join PNR Rail Works as an Outdoor Track Laborer, focusing on keeping railway infrastructure safe and operational. Engage in essential repair and maintenance tasks while promoting extreme customer satisfaction.
As a Track Laborer, you will work under the Track Maintenance Foreman, carrying out vital duties such as replacing track components and monitoring track conditions. You're expected to operate equipment responsibly and complete all necessary documentation for quality management. Your commitment to safety will directly impact daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and replace track and turnout components
• Inspect track beds and report defects
• Operate necessary vehicles and ensure maintenance
• Manage documentation under PNR Quality Management System
• Perform additional duties as directed by the foreman
Requirements:
• 2 years of relevant construction experience
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Skilled in reading railway documentation
• Familiarity with safety precautions on construction sites
• Track Inspection Guidelines certification is advantageous
