As part of MCI's customer care team, your responsibilities will include supporting customers nationwide, assisting with service inquiries, and guiding them towards the right products. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls in a courteous manner

• Follow company policies and training protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Basic typing speed (20+ words per minute)
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
