Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inbound and outbound calls
• Provide timely and effective resolutions to concerns
• Manage customer accounts and process their claims
• Identify opportunities for upselling products and services
• Explain and clarify processes to customers effectively
Requirements:
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS
• Dependable with a strong customer-focus mindset
