Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Efficiently resolve inquiries and problems during calls
• Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback
• Follow scripts and procedures for consistent support
• Escalate unresolved issues as necessary for resolution
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years required
• High school diploma or equivalent is essential
• Strong typing and communication skills preferred
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems needed
• High reliability and punctuality in attendance
