Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls in a courteous manner
• Strive for first call resolution and document outcomes
• Research relevant systems for accurate information
• Facilitate discussions to find solutions for customers
• Attend training and stay updated with all policies
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Basic typing speed of 20+ words per minute
• Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality
