Front Desk Spa Coordinator

Part/Full Time position (temporary maternity leave until mid September) at a Luxury spa in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

We are looking for a customer service oriented individual to work at the front desk of the spa and retail area. Strong customer service, social media, and clothing retail experience (knowledge of lululemon apparel is an asset) is required. Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Answers telephone inquiries promptly & professionally
• Greets all guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Demonstrates knowledge about all aspects of spa services and the spa
• Books/Schedules spa services
• Maintains spa guest files/records
• Assists guests with retail purchases
• Complies with all company policies and rules
• Maintains inventory and stocking of all reception materials
• Performs laundry and general cleaning duties
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be 19 years old
• Must have or be willing to take the Serve It Right Course immediately if hired
• Cash handling experience
• Excellent customer service skills

• Computer experience
• Experience answering phones, filing, and reception duties with basic accounting knowledge
