In this engaging role, you'll focus on the client experience within our Personal and Business Banking Team. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries and facilitating day-to-day banking transactions. You're expected to travel to multiple banking centers as required to provide comprehensive service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate effective client engagement and support
• Resolve problems with a client-centered approach
• Help clients maximize use of banking technology
• Direct clients to appropriate team members for assistance
• Uphold high standards in client service delivery
Requirements:
• Background in client service is advantageous
• Strong empathy and communication skills
• Familiarity with financial products is desirable
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
• Passion for client relationship building and service
