In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions over the phone, ensuring issues are resolved effectively on the first contact. You will document customer claims accurately and escalate issues as necessary while adhering to privacy guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Aim for first call resolution through adept handling
• Record and process customer claims accurately
• Investigate and coordinate with other teams when needed
• Participate in training to remain updated on procedures
Requirements:
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma
• Superior organizational and communication skills
• Ability to type quickly (minimum 20 words per minute)
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
