As a vital player at MCI, you will aid customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving technical issues. While previous experience is not required, candidates should have a knack for problem-solving, effective communication, and a reliability. Paid training will be offered to help you succeed in this supportive role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure courteous and effective customer service interactions
• Resolve customer inquiries on the first call whenever possible
• Document customer issues accurately and thoroughly
• Update knowledge on systems and procedures through training
• Attend meetings for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Open to candidates 18 years and older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent typing skills (20+ words per minute)
• Customer service experience is beneficial
• Strong focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction
Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to learning and a customer-first approach.
