Key Responsibilities:
• Handle calls courteously and professionally
• Achieve first-call resolutions for customer issues

Requirements:
• 18 years of age or older required
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in typing at least 20 words per minute
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
