Position Overview

We are looking for Sales Representatives to support a variety of campaigns for well‑known brands. In this role, you will connect with prospective and existing customers, promote products and services, upsell where appropriate, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Use internal systems to manage accounts and process transactions accurately
  • Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures
  • Adhere to scripts, policies, and compliance standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
  • Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
  • Meet attendance and scheduling expectations
Candidate Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer‑focused, empathetic, and solution‑oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Conditions of Employment
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
  • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment and requires the employee to be largely sedentary, sitting or standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will regularly use a computer, phone, copier, and printer, and may occasionally move about the office, reach, raise or lower objects, and exert force up to 40 pounds.
