As part of the MCI team, engage with clients to troubleshoot basic technical issues and help them with product inquiries. Successful candidates will be reliable, motivated, and eager to contribute their communication skills in a diverse, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer inquiries through clear and empathetic communication
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure issue resolutions
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
• Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with data entry and computer usage
• Strong typing skills (20+ words per minute)
• Availability for flexible shifts during training
