This position focuses on managing inbound calls and addressing customer concerns while identifying upselling opportunities. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, effective communication, and strong problem-solving skills. You will receive world-class training to help turn knowledge into customer victories and foster long-lasting connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions promptly
• Resolve customer inquiries on the first interaction
• Document all customer interactions accurately
• Research and coordinate solutions with internal teams
• Stay updated with new processes through training
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong typing skills (20+ words per minute)
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
• Customer service orientation is a must
