Elevate client experiences in Sydney as a Customer Success Lead ve engagement and value realization for a global customer base across 100 countries using our AI-driven communication tools.
In this pivotal role, you will join Aircall’s multicultural team dedicated to enhancing customer success. Your focus will be on utilizing data-driven strategies to engage customers and maximize their usage of our innovative platforms. As you collaborate with stakeholders, your insights will help nurture and grow our client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive successful outcomes for a pool of customers
• Implement data-driven growth strategies for customer engagement
• Monitor churn and account health metrics for insights
• Host live webinars and resources to educate clients
• Collaborate on valuable content with the marketing team
Requirements:
• Prior experience in Sales or Customer Success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Previous tech industry experience is a plus
