As the first contact for members, you will provide friendly services and ensure transactions run smoothly. Building relationships through effective communication is key, as is recommending products that meet their needs. Administrative tasks and outreach support are also part of your duties, alongside upholding the values of integrity and community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly, efficient service for financial transactions
• Build strong relationships through effective communication
• Recommend suitable products to meet member goals
• Maintain accurate member records and assist with administrative tasks
• Support outreach efforts through outbound promotional calls
Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma in Business; degree is a plus
• Previous experience in sales or service, ideally financial
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
