As part of MCI's growth-focused team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong interpersonal abilities and proficiency in CRM systems. You will be responsible for managing calls, emails, and chats, ensuring customer satisfaction across all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients.
• Follow compliance guidelines and performance goals.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Familiar with CRM systems and call center tools.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
