MCI is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll engage with customers, resolve complaints, and document interactions in our CRM system. Your fluency in both English and Spanish will be highly valued, as you ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Resolve complaints efficiently and effectively
• Document all interactions in the CRM
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
