Become an integral Architectural Technologist focused on innovative design creation. Utilize AutoCAD to produce precise drawings and specifications while supporting construction project coordination and management.
In this role, you'll create architectural designs and study important technical documents. You'll transform conceptual drawings into manual and CAD drawings, develop material lists, and manage bid documentation. Additionally, you may oversee a team of drafters and technicians, ensuring project goals are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in creating architectural design concepts
• Produce detailed manual and CAD drawings
• Build 3-D virtual models and displays
• Develop contracts and bid documents
• Supervise and inspect construction processes
Requirements:
• Architectural Technology Diploma required
• 1-2 years of practical experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
