You should possess a Master’s Degree in Inclusive Education and have a minimum of five years of experience in behavior programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Guide development of behavior management plans and strategies

• Directly teach and model appropriate behaviors

• Coach and collaborate with educators in behavior support practices

• Implement school-wide evidence-informed behavior supports

• Coordinate with external agencies and families for student support

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Inclusive Education or similar

• Minimum 5 years of experience with behavioral interventions

• Completion or initiation of BCBA training

• Proven collaboration and coaching skills

• Knowledge of developmental trauma's educational impacts
