Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging nursing courses in theory and practice
• Oversee student learning in simulation and lab environments
• Conduct and publish impactful nursing research
• Collaborate with healthcare partners for student practice opportunities
• Implement a concept-based approach to curriculum development
Requirements:
• PhD or equivalent Doctoral degree in a relevant area
• At least five years as a Registered Nurse
• Nova Scotia RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong background in effective teaching methodologies
• Preference for candidates with maternal child experience
