Cape Breton University is looking for proactive Nursing Practice Educators to join its School of Nursing. The role includes the oversight and evaluation of nursing students in clinical environments, including acute and long-term care. Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor nursing students in clinical practice
• Provide instruction in nursing labs on-campus
• Assess student performance in diverse settings
• Collaborate with external healthcare organizations
• Participate in nursing curricula enhancement
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field
• At least five years of nursing practice experience
• Current NS College of Nursing RN license or eligibility
• Teaching or preceptoring experience preferred
• Pre-clinical documentation readiness for hiring
