NSCC Faculty Position

Join NSCC as a Faculty member at the Sydney Waterfront Campus, where you will guide students in Related Subjects. This experienced temporary role focuses on engaging diverse groups through innovative instruction.

You’ll start in August 2026, providing practical and theoretical education in areas such as career readiness and human resources. Collaborating with colleagues, you will design flexible learning experiences, incorporating technology to improve student engagement within various formats, including online and blended methods.

Your role also entails maintaining high safety standards and participating in academic committees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in organizational behavior and related subjects

• Design flexible teaching experiences for inclusive learning

• Ensure classroom and lab safety regulations are upheld

• Stay updated on 21st-century teaching practices

• Participate in curriculum development and student support

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field

• Minimum five years of related experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience in adult education delivery preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
