The Nursing Practice Educator role requires a master's degree in Nursing or a related discipline. This position demands at least five years of nursing practice experience and an active RN license with eligibility in Nova Scotia. You will play a pivotal role in teaching, mentoring, and evaluating nursing students across acute and community care environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead nursing education and student evaluations in various settings
• Supervise nursing students in long-term care and acute care
• Provide instruction in nursing laboratories on campus
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related health discipline
• Minimum five years nursing experience
• Active RN license in Nova Scotia or eligibility
• Completion of pre-clinical requisites such as CPR and criminal check
• Experience in teaching or mentoring nursing students is a plus
