The Department of Library and Cultural Resources at CBU is seeking a full-time continuing Librarian focused on Collections and Resource Management. This role entails developing and maintaining library resources to support teaching, learning, and research. You will also negotiate database licenses, manage acquisitions, and provide information literacy instruction as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage development and maintenance of library resources
• Negotiate licenses for databases and resources
• Configure and troubleshoot integrated library system functions
• Provide information literacy instruction for students
• Supervise and mentor library staff in a collaborative culture
Requirements:
• Minimum three years as a professional librarian in academia
• Proven experience in collection development and strategy implementation
• Strong background in cataloguing and resource management
• Familiarity with ALMA and Primo library systems
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
