Become a pivotal part of Cape Breton University as a Psychology Lecturer or Assistant Professor in this limited-term role starting January 1, 2027. Strong research methodology and quantitative analysis expertise are key qualifications.
The Department of Psychology encourages applications for teaching a variety of undergraduate courses, primarily in Research Methods and Data Analysis. Candidates demonstrating the ability to teach specialized topics will be assets. The role necessitates supervision of undergraduate students’ honors theses and engaging in faculty program development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct courses in psychology focusing on methodologies
• Guide honors thesis students through research
• Develop and maintain a viable research program

Requirements:
• Relevant PhD in psychology or nearing completion
