Our unique “ultra‑lean” manufacturing system allows us to build custom sheet metal projects in 2–3 days with no minimum orders. We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Engineering Co-op Student to join us for a 16‑week term. You’ll work alongside our engineers and software developers in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment—taking on a small project from concept to completion. This is a rare chance to gain hands‑on engineering experience while making a tangible impact.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify and deliver operational projects.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project scope and timelines.
• Track schedules, identify risks, and keep projects on track.
• Determine the resources needed to execute your project successfully.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and results effectively.

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering program (Mechanical preferred) at DALHOUSIE UNIVERSITY with a co‑op requirement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Sydney, NS for the duration of your term.

• Wage: $19.50 per hour

  40 per week
• Term Length: 16 weeks
• Full‑time, permanent employment may be possible following completion of the student’s degree.
