As a Process Engineer, you will play a vital role in enhancing production operations by collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams. Your expertise in process analysis, tooling design, and Lean manufacturing practices will contribute to achieving cost targets and quality benchmarks. This role requires proactive engagement in troubleshooting and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows and processes

• Design tools and implement automated production systems

• Collaborate on new product introductions

• Conduct time studies and lead Lean initiatives

• Support production teams in troubleshooting and corrective actions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Process Engineering experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Knowledge of CAD software and Microsoft Suite

• Understanding of cost management and time studies

• Post-secondary education in Engineering or a related field
