This position entails significant leadership in the engine room, including the management of crew safety, daily operations, and adherence to maintenance schedules. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities with Engine Room staff

• Organize and manage maintenance work lists effectively

• Conduct safety meetings to enhance team performance

• Monitor vessel machinery for proper functioning

Requirements:

• 24 months of recent experience in marine engineering

• Valid Second-Class Motor Certificate STCW 95

• Strong communication and leadership capabilities

• Proficient in vessel management systems

• Able to operate in confined spaces
