Your role as a Clinic Experience Associate/Physiotherapist Assistant will be essential in crafting an inviting atmosphere for clients at the clinic. Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a welcoming environment for clients and visitors
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person
• Identify and resolve potential barriers proactively
• Assist in scheduling private client appointments
• Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
• Diploma in PTA/OTA/Rehabilitation Assistant or a related field
• Ability to connect easily with clients
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Capability to work cohesively in a team
