This managerial role reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations. As a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT), you will oversee operational and administrative functions, ensuring adherence to Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists regulations. Key skills include team leadership, inventory management, and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure effective operations
• Manage daily workflows and staff schedules for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
• Collaborate with pharmacists to address patient concerns
• Optimize operational processes and drive continuous improvements
Requirements:
• Active RPhT registration with the NSCP
• 3-5 years of pharmacy management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy management systems
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
