Your daily activities will involve assisting both residential and business customers through various inbound calls. While no prior experience is necessary, applicants should be motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Ensure issues are resolved on the first call when possible
• Document all interactions systematically in relevant systems
• Research customer inquiries and escalate as needed
• Attend training sessions to stay informed about products
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction
