Cohere is in search of a Technical Program Manager to manage and streamline the release process for its North AI workspace. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that software deliveries are timely and meet high-quality standards. This role involves not only overseeing technical changes but also enhancing collaboration across teams for agile response to market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end releases for North's product portfolio
• Facilitate hotfix workflows and approvals
• Manage customer communication regarding releases
• Develop and refine release processes to accelerate shipping
• Surface and resolve dependencies across teams
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Technical or Engineering Program Management
• Experience with software release methodologies
• Familiarity with the AI/ML field
• Proficient in using Linear, Git Hub, and Jira
• Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement
