As part of Dillon’s Practice Operations team, your expertise will guide the evolution of digital practices across our various offices. You will be responsible for not only overseeing technical design tools but also ensuring they align with enterprise strategy to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Innovate how we work with a focus on CADD and BIM integration and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the establishment of integrated digital design frameworks
• Strategically manage vendor partnerships to enhance capabilities
• Support the adoption of digital workflows firm-wide
• Oversee training initiatives for digital tools and standards
• Collaborate with leadership to drive operational improvements
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in engineering or design
• 5+ years in leadership focused on digital delivery processes
• Strong insight into CADD/BIM technologies
• Proven skills in change management and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in consulting with diverse teams effectively
