Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for major brand accounts
• Implement strategies to grow assigned client accounts
• Deliver regular client presentations and updates
• Collaborate with internal teams and other agencies
• Maintain Salesforce for tracking opportunities
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in social media management
• Knowledge of both organic and paid social media
• Exceptional presentation and written communication skills
• Experience with tools such as Sprinklr and Khoros
• Must be willing to travel for client engagements
