Reporting to the VP of Analytics & Insights, you will develop and advise on strategies that drive performance and profitability in Jobber's financial offerings. Your work will enhance decision-making processes by integrating AI and machine learning techniques, thus helping small businesses manage their financial health effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analytics strategy for Fin Tech product enhancement

• Develop comprehensive risk assessment models using industry frameworks

• Champion data-driven decision-making and AI adoption

• Coach a team focused on innovation and continuous improvement

• Communicate insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

• Significant experience in risk management and analytics

• Expertise in portfolio modeling and financial frameworks

• Proven ability to lead analytics teams in a Fin Tech context

• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R, and data management tools

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative disciplines; graduate degree advantageous
