- Provide technical support and on-site service for MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) products in the Western Canada region, including equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Offer product usage guidance, safe operation training, and regular maintenance recommendations to customers.
- Coordinate with local service providers or dealers to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high service quality.
- Collect customer feedback and product usage data, generate reports, and facilitate communication with headquarters for product improvements.
- Participate in the delivery support of major projects to ensure timely project implementation.
- Manage spare parts inventory requirements and assist the Spare Parts Coordinator in emergency responses.
- Submit regular reports to headquarters on service summaries, customer satisfaction, and market dynamics.
- Act as a communication bridge between China and Canada, assisting in resolving technical and procedural challenges in cross-cultural collaboration.
