MCI is seeking a motivated Technical Support Representative who will act as the first point of contact for customers across Canada. In this role, your responsibilities will include diagnosing technical issues, answering inquiries, and delivering support to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
• Resolve technical issues aiming for first-contact resolution
• Research and retrieve information to address concerns
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Collaborate with departments to resolve complex challenges
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
• Must be at least 18 years old
